Fundamental challenges define our present. Photographers, typographers and illustrators will discuss the potential of design as a transformative, emancipatory act: Sebastian Wells, photographer from Berlin, and Sergiy Maidukov, illustrator from Kiev, will talk about "Documenting the Horror: War in Photography, Graphic Design and Illustration".
In cooperation with Merz Akademie Stuttgart, and the lecture series Transformers in the winter semester 2023/24, curated by Prof. Anja Weber, Prof. Florian Bayer and Prof. Joost Bottema.
