Friends‘ Association

Creating peace through dialogue between cultures – that is ifa’s task and goal. As part of the German Foreign Cultural and Educational Policy, ifa operates as a cultural mediator and competence centre. In order to be able to successfully fulfill its social mission in the future, ifa requires friends and sponsors who contribute to this preservation through their private and entrepreneurial activities. The Friends’ Association was founded on 8 November 2006 in order to support ifa in the implementation of his numerous projects. Among other things, it supports the Theodor Wanner Award, which honours people and organisations who contribute to the dialogue of cultures

By becoming a member of the Friends‘ Association, ifa’s commitment to global cultural exchange can be supported and secured.
