Whistleblower Protection

Report Misconduct Securely and Confidentially

As an employee, business partner, or external person, you have the opportunity to report misconduct or irregularities related to ifa securely, anonymously, and legally protected.

The ifa uses the specialized whistleblower platform whistle.law for this purpose. Your submissions through this platform are encrypted, unalterable, and initially not visible to ifa. This ensures that your reports are received with the highest confidentiality and legal protection.

Legal Background

The platform meets the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), based on the EU Directive 2019/1937. This law requires organizations to provide internal reporting channels for legal violations and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.

According to § 6 HinSchG, notifications are permissible if you have sufficient reason to believe that the reported facts are correct. This means that it is sufficient if you act in good faith - even if a suspicion is not confirmed later.

What can be reported?

You can report illegal behavior or significant irregularities, such as:

  • Corruption or fraud
  • Violations of labor, data protection, or environmental regulations
  • Discrimination or sexual harassment
  • Conflicts of interest, unlawful enrichment
  • Violations of EU law

Please note: Personal opinions or mere dissatisfaction with work processes are not covered by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
