ifa Gallery Stuttgart invites participants to create beeswax cloths with African textiles. Wax batik is very popular in Ghana, where many women make a living out of it. The art of batik making in Ghana is similar to African textile printing, with the difference that batik is only made by hand and not by machines. 

With Christiane Wilhelmi. Participation fee € 20, reduced € 15, material is provided, cost € 5.

All workshops are for ages 14 and up. Younger participants need to be accompanied by an adult.
