(Scientific Council on Culture and Foreign Policy)

In 2004 the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen has established a council on culture and foreign policy – comprising teachers, researchers and practitioners – to promote foreign cultural policy as a subject in research and university teaching.
The council is funded by means of the Rave Foundation.
