B2/Intermediate Level I
Requirements Participants must have successfully completed the B1/Elementary Level III course or have a comparable knowledge of German.
Objectives of B2/Intermediate Level I Independent use of language 2 By the end of the course, participants will be able to express themselves spontaneously and fluently and give their opinions on a broad variety of topics in a clear and sophisticated way. They will be capable of writing clear and detailed texts on a range of topics as well as weighing up and making arguments.

Objectives of C1/Intermediate Level II Competent use of language 1 By the end of the course, participants will be able to express themselves clearly and talk about complex facts in a structured and detailed way. Theyll be able to use the language efficiently and flexibly in their social and professional lives as well as in their studies. In more complex fields, participants will be capable of writing correctly to a large degree.

C1/Intermediate Level II with preparation for the TestDaF- and DSH-examination (=C1)
Requirements Participants must have successfully completed B2/Intermediate Level I or have a comparable knowledge of German.
Objectives of C1/Intermediate Level II Competent use of language 2 By the end of this course, participants will be able to cope with longer scientific texts both receptively and productively. Theyll be able to discuss scientific topics, making use of diagrams. Participants will be capable of dealing with standard techniques involved in scientific and research work, and will therefore generally be prepared for studying at German-language universities.
