African photography and contemporary art, mega-cities worldwide, nature and ecology – these are the main issues of the ifa Galleries' programme in 2009.
The ifa Galleries in Stuttgart and Berlin organise exhibitions of contemporary art, architecture and design from Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The programme aims to promote intercultural dialogue within Germany – a lively, contemporary, genuine exchange between cultures. The exhibitions are accompanied by a support programme of guided tours, special events and talks. Catalogues of the exhibitions can be obtained through ifa's Galleries.
