From 8 to 10 February, the intercultural festival "Crossroads – International perspectives on culture, art and society" is taking place in Basel and Geneva. Organised by The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Crossroads offers a platform for discussion on culture in an international context.

The three-day event consists of a conference, discussion rounds and a multidisciplinary cultural programme. Among the topics on the agenda are cultural collaboration as well as international culture production and promotion.

A number of acts from the cultural scene will be present during the festival, such as Kami Awori, a French–Swiss electro soul duo, the South African performance artist Ntando Cele, and Islam Chipsy, a musician from Egypt.
